Just a few minutes from the famous Glico Man sign in Dotonbori, we discovered this stunning wagyu course at @ypryu_official . The Flower Staircase Platter features six varieties of premium wagyu + sukiyaki, including carefully selected cuts such as tongue and thigh, beautifully presented and grilled to perfection. I personally loved enjoying them medium rare which really brought out the tenderness and rich flavor of each cut.

As part of the course, we were also served appetizers, sashimi, wagyu dashi chazuke, dessert and drinks making it a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
